We're offering up for sale this all original 1969 hugger orange Camaro. We bought this car from the original owners. Bought here in Nevada and has stayed in Nevada all it's life. If you need to do any research on this car I recommend this site... http://www.camaros.org/index.shtml We did not find the build sheet underneath the seats. The most common location is on top of the gas tank and it's a very good possibilitly that it is still there.
The vin reads 124379L521407 And the cowl goes as such... ST 69 12437 VN257389 BDY TR 711 72 B PNT 02A C057
The Body *Most of the body wears the original paint. *The front widshield is cracked. *Driver's fender has a few dents up front near the nose. *Passenger's fender has also been punched in the front. I talked to a body man and he said it could be fixed but would be a pain in the butt. *The grill will have to replaced. *The header panel has two good sized dents. *The passenger door and quarter panel share a good sized dent. *The driver's door is in really good condition. *No cancer in the outer or inner rocker panels. *The door jambs are cancer free as well. *The driver's side quarter panel in front of the wheel has a very large dent. *Above that very large dent is a 1 inch crack just below the corner of the quarter window. *There is no cancer in the quarter panels. *There are a few dents present on the very lip of the quarter and those are from snow chains. *The rear floor pan plugs failed and there is now cancer in those two areas. *We really wanted to get an idea of how bad the damage is in the rear windshield channel so we took out the rear windshield. What we found surprised even us. The lower part didn't rust through. The driver's corner and up above that rusted through. And the upper area rusted through in about four places. All in all not too bad and you definitely won't have to replace everything. *There is one very small pin hole in the trunk pan. *No cancer in the rear body panel. *Even though this is a vinyl top car, the roof didn't suffer any cancer and there is no pitting. Only very mild surface rust.
Interior *Black standard interior. *Everything is original but as you can see it needs a complete restoration. She even has the original radio still in her. *The headrests were long gone before we got the car. *The seats might look a little funny in the pictures but that's because they aren't bolted down, nothing wrong with them.
Drivetrain *This car still retains the original vin matching, yes we checked, 2 barrel 307 engine. 19L521407 T0123DD *We believe it to still have the original TH350 transmission but we haven't checked. *The engine runs and she moves a little but both the engine and tranny need to be rebuilt. *10 bolt rearend, I don't know what gears are in it, haven't looked.
Suspension and Brakes *All bushings need to be replaced, duh they're original. *Mono leaf springs need to be replaced as well. *When we were tearing out the carpet we found a bunch of .22 bullets and shotgun shells. We think the son took the car out varmant hunting. And as a result of that he hit a rock (we think), bent the driver's side lower a-arm and part of the front subframe. *There is no cancer in the rear frame rails. *The original steel rims come with the car. *Drum brakes all around. The passenger front brake was dragging or sticking so we gutted the internals. The other three work properly.

You can see all 83 pictures here... http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a170/jonnyscotti/1969%20Camaro/ $9,000 Serious inquiries only 775-623-1459. If no answer please leave a message, we will call you back. We are willing to trade the Camaro for a 1976 Trans Am. Must be an original 455 4 speed TA. I would prefer firethorn red exterior with tan interior but will consider all color combinations. I would also be willing to trade for a 70-73 Trans Am or Formula. The Formula must have either a 400 or 455, no 350 cars.
