1991 RS Camaro Project For Sale

Posted By: Teal95_Z On: 08-06-2008 @ 09:48:17         Reply | Edit
I have a blue 91 RS Camaro for sale for $1100, good project for someone. I originally intended on fixing it up and selling it at a profit, now I just want to get my money back out of it. I have 3 other cars and an old house, so I don't have the time to mess with it. This thing needs some work obviously. The body is pretty strait, has dings in the doors and such, the quarter panels ar strait. The driver's side fender was damaged, I replaced it. I started disassembling it for bodywork and paint. I currently have off the nose, rear bumper cover, ground effects and spoilers. The nose, ground effects, and front spoiler are now in primer. I have 4 new Kuhmo Ecsta 711 245 50 16s for it, not even mounted yet. It has the optional 91-92 16" wheels. I have a new headlight header panel for it with the lights already swapped into it. I have a new Z28 grille for it and a set of new APC fog lights to mount in it, I also have 2 brand new power window motors for it, I ordered them befor checking to see why they were not working, the ones in the car still work. The driver's side mirror is broken and I have one to replace it. It has lexan T-tops which have stress cracks in them, I have a set of glass ones to replace them with. It has grey cloth interior which is in pretty good shape, needs a real good cleaning, has one small hole in the driver's side seat. The dash pad is thrashed, I have one that is in better shape, but it isn't that great. It has a 305 that runs but has a rod knock with a 700R4 tranny. I stole 1 pushrod out of it to replace one that I broke in my LT1. It looked like it didn't get regular oil changes and was also low on coolant when I got it. Everything on the car works to my knowledge. The only thing I didn't check was the AC for obvious reasons. It needs the thumb swiches for the horn, so I currently have the air bag removed. The car is complete with the exception of the cigarette lighter (the push in part), and both of the ashtrays. The car has 138K on it and has a clear SC title. I have some pictures of what the car looked like before I started working on it. If you have any particular questions, you can email me at mistr_sg@yahoo.com.

Will consider a trade for a White's DFX metal detector. Must be in excellent fully operational condition and complete with battery packs and charger. Additional accessories would be a plus. You could probably buy an excellent used one for less money than what I want for the car, trade it to me and save a little money.

This is what I am looking for, if you were to buy this and then trade it to me for the car, that would knock your price down by $200. I think this would be an excellent deal for someone looking for a 3rd gen project.
