Engine Pricing...What My Engine Worth?

Okay so i have an LT1 in my garage i pulled from my car.
the head gasket is blown...the motor is seized.
i had a guy offer me $200 bucks for it
do i just take it or is thay underprced? --

Sounds like a fair deal. Odds are the crank and rods are crap, used pistons are worth nothing. The blocks are going for about 20 bucks unmachined. The misc crap you have one it would make up the rest. The most valuable thing would be the heads, but they would suspect to me buying them used as the headgasket is gone(hopefully that is it)

lol, jk, I have no clue... hopefully someone w/ some legit knowledge will chime in. Other than troy of course, whose answer was actually helpful!! I should take lessons... --
