I got up Sunday morning feeling ok, then the strangest thing happened, it felt like someone was tugging on my left testicle, then it felt like I had to piss real bad , but couldn't, now that is an un-comfortable feeling , any way I got to the point I drove myself to the E.R. only to have to wait for an hour or so. any way, I finally go back to see the doctor, they do the usual, check the blood pressure, get all the pertainant inf etc. Then they make me feel like I am stupid ,they ask so,you are here for pain meds huh, I reply what ever it takes Doc. he says well here pee in this cup, so I did and it looked like rusty water,he says oh my, lets get you to X-Ray, to no avail they couldn't spot the problem, so then it was on to the MRI, BOOM there it is a 5mm stone in the left Kidney. Let me tell you guys by the time I get back to the room ,I am hurting so bad I am puking everywhere, so the nurse tries 7 times to start an IV ,but to no avail, but sh did successfully blow 3 veins. seems I was de hydrated ,finally they give me a shot of tentional and another of morphine in the ass, and 5min later no pain,and I am in La La land  --  Posted By: maxwax On: 07-02-2008 @ 20:17:51 Reply | Top | Edit Thanks for asking Alex, I am better but still haven't passed the stone, and at 5mm I most likely won't. pussy J/k man. Stones are a bitch and a half I passed a few 5mm stones. I knew while reading that, that the problem was a kidney stone. Mean little bastards! Can knock a grown man down. Andy gets at least one a year.
He takes a lot of magnesium, it make the stones smooth, easier but still painful. Hang in there! --  94 Formula M6 - Jackie - I'm the bomb diggity! ...Crunkmaro said so!

Posted By: maxwax On: 07-04-2008 @ 22:12:25 Reply | Top | Edit No one told me that the use of narcotics caused constipation, got out of the hospital Sunday night,got my scrip for percacet filled, it takes 3 5mg pills a day to keep the pain at bay, but the side effects are almost as bad, It is now 4 1/2 days later , no poop for me and I am usually as regular as they come, now I am completely full of shit by this time I am really in pain. So at 4 am this morning after a trip to Walgreen's thank God for 24hr pharmacy's BTW a cocktail consisting of 4 ducolax, 1 glycerin suppository, and a FLEET inama , well lets just say at 5pm this afternoon the toilet was my best friend. So any one who has to take class 2 pain meds needs to take a laxative at the same time. --
