Diesel question

Here's the problem:
My dad's tractor(International 444)is getting diesel fuel in the oil(level is going up) fuel is going down, could it possibly be bad rings, a cracked head or block, or something else causing it. I'm leaning more toward the rings. We replaced the head gasket last year(antifreeze leaking out the side), and after that the problems seemed to start. Any ideas? Antifreeze is not getting in the oil, not milky at all, and the rad is staying full. Just want to get an idea before we buy an overhaul kit for it.

It sounds like some fuel is blowing by the pistons... I'm not sure what other normal avenues it would have for getting into the oil areas of the crankcase... --
