Guy hits a chiwawa and damages his Honda Civic. What are these Hondas made out of. I mean he hit a Chiwawa, not a friging deer. So he he sues for repairs. Second thing wrong is the people are able to counter sue for the loss of there dog. They are the ones that let the dog get out and get hit. WTF is this world coming to. I think I am going to sue for my pain and suffering of having to read that bullshit story. End of rant.... --

It wasn't a Chihuahua, LOL! A 13 pound dog can do major damage to the front of your F Body also... Depending on how fast you are driving when you hit it... The owner is stupid for thinking they can counter sue for all that. Once my dad had a Horse that got out. It was hit by a truck. Killed the horse, damaged the truck. You better believe that the owner is responsible for their pets/animals! Same for dogs or cows or horses... Even goats if you live in Kurkova, or wherever Tom Hanks lives in his non-American roles... Nope... Average CHIHUAHUA is 2 to 6 pounds. The dog this guy hit was TWICE the size of a large Chihuahua... A Min Pin Stands at around a foot tall, some off bred even taller. The dog this dude hit was LARGER THAN AVERAGE for a Min Pin. You try hitting something that big with YOUR car and see if the outcome is any different! LOL! Class dismissed! -- 92 RS 5 speed.
