So, after work a on Friday I need gas so I go to fill up on my way home. As I am wiping of my windshield I hear something that is running right off the headers or straight pipes but sounds like ass. I turn around, and to my surprise, this is what i see.

wait for it......

wait....

Baller.

BTW this was between New Carlisle, IN and South Bend, IN

im pretty sure people just stereo type the whole midwest kind of like we stereo type the south.

this stereo type has a dual meaning, because third gen owners have their own too

Holy shit that's hilarious.

I've seen a couple of those before, but they were actually in good condition and looked like they were built well. Never seen the real redneck version until now.

I grew up in Western PA and saw that all the time. It's almost like someone said "I'm fixin ta go into town later tuday so ah better throw sumptin tugether ta git me thar".

I knew people who welded parts of completely different cars together just to get to work, or they welded a car to a Jeep chassis to be able to drive the car in winter. My favorite was the "cruk" This one guy used to turn Pacers into stake bed pickups. He had so much white trash (his kids) that he needed something to haul it in. He actually thought he was as good as George Barris.

Just went to Indiana last weekend, and that totally looks like it would fit in. Course it would be a good fit for some parts of PA too, just haven't seen one in this state yet.

I've seen a few here in western PA. Somewhere I have a picture of one on a trailer being pulled by a 60's-ish dump truck. I just about laughed til I pissed myself.
