I love my car!!!

As the title says I love my car! I hadn't driven it since the middle of January since my tags went dead. So I've been cruising in the 01 Cavi everyday since then. I went today an got my tags renewed. Then I had to take the Z28 to get gas so I did open it up a couple of times. Damn it felt good. It's not the most powerful car by no means but compared to a 2.2 liter, automatic, 4 door Cavi it felt like super car. It's been in the mid 40's here today and I got on it from a stop sign. It felt like I was running 65 in 3 seconds. I know I wasn't but it made me think about going back to the drag strip. I know I can run a better 1/4 than 14.8. It was about 80-85 degrees and humid when I went the first time so I'm hoping if I can get there some time this spring before it gets hot, I should be able to put up some respectable numbers. Plus I'm going to have my SFC's installed and at least get the LCA Brackets and box my LCA's until I can get some decent aftermarket ones. I can't wait.

I can't wait to get back in mine. I want to sell her to get a 6 speed, but man I don't know if I will feel that way when I start driving her again.

I havent driven mine since a couple days before thanksgiving - so over 3 months and I don't plan on getting her out for at least another month or maybe month and a half depending.

I know exactly how you feel. Mine's only a V6, but there is nothing like driving an Fbody. Now that I have my truck, it makes it a little easier going without my Birdy through the winter.
