I used to see that daily when I lived in Manhattan.

It's a shame that people need to use those items to protect their vehicles.
I guess it's part of the territory; Toronto is congested,
but I haven't seen anything like that [video] before.

When I went to NYC over Thanksgiving, those bumper protectors were everywhere in Manhattan. Brilliant idea, wish I would have thought of it. --
