WTF, install.charter.com

Why is it that ONLY when I try to go to facebook.com it sends me to install.charter.com?

I ran a virus scan and came up empty. WTF?!

Is charter your ISP?

Change the DNS in your router to use open OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 as main and 208.67.220.220 as secondary)

try it again and see what happens
