Got my shit rocked Posted By: stevethepirate On: 09-19-2009 @ 17:07:54 Reply | Edit Figured you guys would get a kick out of hearing about me getting my ass beat... I was standing outside a sorority house last night (next to our house) with a group of people, and all of a sudden something came flying in and broke/sprayed what I thought was beer all over us. I saw a group of basketball players in the parking lot across the street, running away. I chased them down and started asking who threw a bottle. One of the kids was like "I threw a fucking bottle, what are you going to do about it?" We started shoving each other and whatnot, and then another one of the basketball players told me it was just a water balloon. So I grabbed the 2 guys that ran over there with me and started to leave. The other guy started pushing me again though, so I snapped and kept it going. At one point some random kid I sort of know tried holding me back. As he was holding me, I took like 10 punches to the head. Luckily none of them hit me in the face, just to my ear and the back of my head. I am throbbing right now. I managed to spin move the guy holding me back, but ate SHIT in the process, messing up my knee again. I got a few good hits in, but it was 2 against 15 or so... so it was a bit overwhelming. Then I was hopping back over a fence to help some girls get over it. I caught my leg and fell straight off it. I had a beer in my back pocket that shattered. Pretty funny/stupid. --

Apparently from the look in my eyes, the kid was going to be in trouble despite being so much bigger. They said that they were worried that I was legitimately going to ground and pound him like no other. Kind of funny to hear. --

I get worked up when I am drunk only when someone else starts something. If you don't mess with me, I am the happiest drunk ever. Even when I do get in fights I rarely throw punches. I go for the submission headlock to end the conflict. So far I am like 9/10 with it... --

We got a kiddie pool and put it on the porch and filled it up. Go figure, I thought it was the ideal place to pee all night. So finally I was standing there relieving myself, with my back to the crowd of people on the porch. Someone reached out and pushed me straight in... right into my pee. Karmas a bitch --

Kick to the knee is always good, as is just choking the shit out of the person closest to you. If you can get your thumbs right on their windpipe it'll slow them down even after you left off. Fighting in any way shape or form that isn't in a ring, octagon, etc has no rules. They won't let you fight out of your weight range in the pro's, so why any bigger guy thinks a fight should be "fair" when they face a smaller guy is beyond me. Not knowing who or what happened, he wasnt about to stop and let the attack proceed. maybe there are other factors involved in your story, that would lead you to charge strangers, where you were certain you would'nt have been cut down quick-like. For the most part, you know who everyone is. At the very least, you have a good friend who knows all of the people that you don't. Other than issues with townies, we have very few significantly LARGE problems. At the most a few punches get thrown and everybody leaves. I knew that whatever was thrown was not intended to cause serious bodily harm. The reason why I got so angry was that I am currently the president of my fraternity. If anything attracts the police (eg. bottles getting smashed in the street) I am the person who is held accountable. --

One fight = three felony charges Assault resulting in serious bodily injure (broken jaw) Intimidation (Telling someone you'll kill them if they don't leave) Strangulation (Escorting said person out in a choke hold) It doesn't matter who is in the right or the wrong. I got suspended from my school 2 years ago for putting a kid in a headlock. I know I posted about it when it happened. He started the fight, I "subdued" him. I let him go when I thought the threat was ended. He kept trying to fight me again. At which point my buddy saw what was happening, sprinted like 75 yards and form tackled the kid. Security came and we ran (stupid) meaning that the kid was the first one to talk to security (he was on the ground in a daze, so he was in no position to run). I got suspended until the judicial hearing was settled (which I appealed and instead was on dorm-arrest essentially). All through the judicial hearing they were making the headlock out to be a "choke hold." It took a lot of explaining, but guess who they sided with. He was the one pressing the charges, yet he was the one that got punished. Dumbass. --
