Yeah, I had to bite the bullet and buy new tires for my Bird. The BFG's on her now are about 6 years old and are long overdue for a replacement. I ordered 4 Falken Ziex Ze 912s:

Money is tight with only my unemployment for income right now, otherwise I would have bought BFG's for sure.

I didn't want to spend the money, but you need good tires to be safe.

I like those tires, we run them on our work cars. Imo theyre a much better tire for the money. They grip better and last longer on the vehicles we run them on

I just had to do the same thing on the vette, 1109 bux installed by discount tire, I ended up getting nitto 555RII's all around

i just did a pair of sumitomo htr z 3 last week.best tire i have ever had. i had cooper.bfg,fulda,nitto. the sumi beats them all. i sell tires or a tire retailer, ive tried them all but best bank for buck id do sumi all the way. thats my opinion
