swapping out my 4 linked backhalf out of my 84 firebird into a 87 camaro. the firebird has real bad floors and the popup headlights dont really appeal to me. well now i have the 87 camaro shell, and before i cut it up i want to do all the body work and start prepping it for paint and maybe even paint it this year. if you were painting a tubbed blown bbc turd gen camaro, what colors and scheme would you choose and why?
i'm thinking of a nice metallic blue with silver gfx, but thats not quite origional. --

You dont swap a backhalf like you swap an axle...
Floors are easy to repair
Why did you bother in the first place with the bird to do all of that work if you just suddenly disliked the headlights?

well the car was $150 7 years ago. i was young and stupid. i bought alot of parts for it, but i think i cut too much of the floor away in some places, the doors still open and close like new, but the hatch is crooked now, so i think i flexed the body a little bit. and dont forget this is the car that needs a roof transplant. i stumbled across this camaro with a blown motor, decent floors, a windsheild, no sunroof, and a straight body. my dad stole the chin and front bumper cover for his car, but its complete other than that --

I'd go gangsta green with gold flakes and flames on the hood/fenders. -- Now percocet free
