Sarav, how hard is it to follow Nietzsche? I read Machiavelli's The Prince earlier this year, and the only thing that was clear was to not trust mercenary infantry while fighting on the peninsula.

Turkey and mashed potatoes w/ gravy. I cheated, though...the gravy wasn't home made.

OMG, General Tsao Chicken - one of my favorites! Cara, that looks so yummy!
Is that recipe on your Culinary Cara site??

I think the paella would kill me with heartburn but it sure looks good!

I don't have that one on my site just yet. i cheated a little and got store bought sauce, but it's pretty good from a brand called Ty Ling. You can get it in the international/asian section of the grocery store.

for the rest, I just made instant rice, steamed some frozen broccoli. as for the chicken, I cut chicken tenders into 1 to 1 $ 1/2 inch pieces. mixed the pieces in soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger powder - and let it marinate for about 20 mins. Then i bread the chicken pieces in milk and flour, then fry em in a medium saucepan with about 1-2 inches of oil for about 3 minutes. i let the chicken drain, and then toss em in the sauce and serve

Tonight it's gonna be Thai grilled beef mint salad with jasmine rice. A doctor I work with is into all kinds of foods so she grows a lot of herbs and veggies. She actually made a special trip home last week to bring me in kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil she grew. So I'm using all fresh stuff tonight, heading to the store now for the final ingredients
