I just signed up for Comcast for 19.99 a month... I wasn't expecting a whole lot but WOW.
My Internet seemed kinda quick so I did a speed test. What are you guys pulling and how much are you paying?

Very nice. Right now I am getting 15.8 down and 3.2 up, but am usually in the 20+ range.
Which is why Comcast is awesome, they understate, while fuckin DSL is always slower than advertised. -- Former ride: 531RWHP/477RWTQ

Cable isn't available where I live, only 2 companies with highspeed wireless and I'm with the faster of the two:
3mb/s down 512kb/s up
59.95/month 20GB limit, 99cents per GB overage
Damn I wish Canada had better highspeed companies
Still better than 26.4kb/s on dialup

I have had horrible experience with comcast in the past, we would get like horribly bad speeds, less than 3mb/s and it would always go out.
I am at my fraternity house now over wireless with comcast business class
getting 9584 / 2691

3 down, 700 up, no limits. Verizon. Not sure how much it is because the Direct TV and phone plans are tied with internet to all one bill. --

Cox cable here too. I used to get 16 down and 5 up, but now its been 10-12 up and just 2-3 down..maybe its because I live in an apartment complex. Either way, I can't complain
EDIT: I'm getting 1.1 down through my phone right now

I had Verizon FiOS back east and was getting 6.x down and 2.x up on a 5 mb service, so I was pretty pleased.
Right now I'm using Charter, they suck balls. Not sure what they're supposed to be, but I just got 5284 down and 545 up.
EDIT: That was the LA server. The NYC server gave me 5304 down and 536 up. How is it quicker when it's going all the way across the country?
