Been a while...

Well, it's been a while since I've posted anything on here. Lots of things have changed...
The new Camaro is ... well new and I'm not fond of it...
I've bought an 09 Civic Si as a daily driver a month ago, and the Firehawk sits in the garage and collects dust. I almost don't want to drive it. Anyone else have this issue with their F-body?
One thing I have come to despise about the Civic is that now I'm in the ricer club and every dummy wants to race. Gimmie a break.
Anyway, what's up Fbody -- -01 Formula Firehawk A4. Build #096. SLP Blackwing Air lid, Holley Powershot Air Filter, Smooth Bellows, NGK TR55 Plugs, MSD 8.5mm wires, SLP STB, Eibach Sportline springs, Custom Firehawk Deck Mat.

Kewl.
Well, the Hawk still "sits" in the garage. I drive it 20 to 30 miles every two to three weeks. I'm waiting for the old lady to tell me to discard said relic...

what camaro?
the only reason an fbody shouldn't be driven is if its taken apart for upgrading purposes -- Posted By: 2piececrank On: 08-01-2009 @ 00:00:56 Reply | Top | Edit
Sarav, how hard is it to follow Nietzsche? I read Machiavelli's The Prince earlier this year, and the only thing that was clear was to not trust mercenary infantry while fighting on the peninsula.

Its a sad sad day when you'd rather drive a civic si over your firehawk. Just get rid of the fbody before it rots so someone else can enjoy it..lol. -- 2005 CTS-V LS6 M6 13.66@105 stock and hot/humid

I think the problem with the Firehawk is that I want to keep it pristine if I am going to keep it at all. Therefore, I rarely drive it in some crazy hope that it might be worth something some day. On that same subject, if I were to get rid of it, my wife knows all too well that I would have my sights set on a Vette. So, I think the danger of her "wanting" me to get rid of it is minimal.
Blah I don't know. I just get bored of cars sometimes. Its along the same line of always wanting something else in life. -- -01 Formula Firehawk A4. Build #096. Yes, I have visiting hours
I still like the car. Plus with the demise of Pontiac, it could be a good idea to hold onto it for a while.
Tyrel: You're right, I'm not quite ready to sell it yet. I've spent a lot of time enjoying the car and I still would be hesitent to sell it, even to the right buyer. -- -01 Formula Firehawk A4.
