Getting it tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.
It's MGM with Prem package, no sport, no sunroof. Purchase price is $22,500 but when I actually get to the dealer I am going to act very disappointed to see how low they'll go. Otherwise good price. Only has 7,500 miles as well.
Also, I have already ordered a SuperChips Cortex tuner for it. It's handheld but I have hear awesome things about it and what you can do with it. Also, I am not driving forever for a good dyno tune.
Pics tomorrow hopefully! If it doesnt rain. Oh yeah, I am gonna try to squeeze tint out of them, or money off the price to get tint. Got used to the limo tint on the WS6.
$22,500 sound like a decent deal? Private party's for 24k.

I was looking at those... But they only come in auto and that really bugged me. The GXP comes in manual but its too expensive. -- 1997 T-70 Turbo V6 Camaro

Sounds good. How far are you from North Wilmington? Saw first hand a GT pick up 46hp OVER a handheld tune at RPM. -- Dave

Pretty much anything with an LS based motor these days can see up to 50hp when dyno tuned...I'd say its worth the drive. -- 2005 CTS-V LS6 M6 13.66@105 stock and hot/humid

Hmm. I will look into it. Maybe I can get it dyno tuned RIGHT after purchase.
I also kind of like the idea of being able to change stuff myself whenever though, and back to stock if I need warranty work.

Obsidian, I could buy an manual, but I really like automatics, especially the A6 tapshift with tune.
Maybe I am just lazy.

Sarav, how hard is it to follow Nietzsche? I read Machiavelli's The Prince earlier this year, and the only thing that was clear was to not trust mercenary infantry while fighting on the peninsula.

Zing!
I really like that car, it has a lot of style and is pretty quick for what it is. Good luck with the purchase, that price does seem reasonable. -- '99 T/A Pewter A4 - SLP Lid, SLP LM, Pacesetter LT's, ORY, Trans-go HD2, !emissions, Tuned by Frost, Custom Floormats! 12.98@108.35

Went to look at it. Awesome car. Absolutely unbelievable ob that GM did on it.
Of course, shifts were lazyish but that's what I got the Cortex for.
However, I was not WOWed by this particular one. It really ate at me that it wasn't exactly what I wanted (sport package, onyx/red interior). This car was metallic gray with dark grey interior. I just wasn't giddy they way I want to be when I spend $20k+.
I passed and came home.
I will wait until spring since I also think it will be dumb to drive it for two months and garage it for 7 months instead of getting one cheaper next year.
Oh well. I am gonna pick up a GTP for a quick winter beater and trade it in on a G8 next year.
