New camaro goes down!!! Posted By: raven97 On: 07-03-2009 @ 14:31:42 Reply | Edit I finally caught one going my was on the road. A nice blue SS M6 with 1500 mile on it. I was in front of him as we went around a cornerat about 30-35 and as the road straightened he came around beside me so I kept it in 3rd as I wasn't sure if he would be game, well he was and as he came by my door I heard him get on itso I floored it in 3rd, he was already going faster than me when he went by but by the time I was at the top of third I had reeled him in and passed him. just up the road the light went yellow so I got a chance to BS for a sec( thats how I new about the miles and such ) I had him give me a rev, but you could barely hear the thing!, he said he like how my car sounded so I gave a rev back. He had his girl in the car just giggling. then he says "wonder where the cops are". we didnt see any so as the light turned green we wentit was side by side through first due to my shitty no name tires spinning like hell but as soo and I got into second I was pulling on him. Now in no way was it a big lead but since we were on a 45mph road we didnt push it too hard. I must say I wasnt sure if I would be able to beat one but my little LT4 did the job 
I have decided that I dont like the price of the car, but I do like the car itself overall, however some colors on the car look like shit(silver,yellow,white,red) but I love the car in blue,black and the charcoal grey and orange. yeah I have seen all in person and that is why I think some times I like them and other times I dont.. Nice car though and nice guy driving it, although I dont think he expected to loose when her first saw me, since my car is still a project and the cosmetic aspect of my car is not good, but it runs hard. just though I would share my little experience with you guys, it was a lot of fun. -- John

The rest I have seen have been red, orange, or yellow and they just don't seem to have any lines, just look like a pile of melted crayon. With a car that is roughly the same power and a few hundred pounds lighter it wasn't hard. People forget that the new car weighs over two tons. My car weighs around 3650 with me in it. So that made the difference right there. They are still sweet ass cars though! -- John
