fuel pump?

pump crapped out, are the stock ones from advance or auto zone any good?
i see people talk about the walbro pumps, but my 5.7 ltr is stock, so i dont need anything overkill.
any suggestions? -- gta 350 tpi

Im running a 'zone pump in 3 of our cars now with no issues
People go with a 255 pump because it's usually as cheap or within a few dollars of an OEM and can feed pretty much any engine south of 700hp
Which you get is your call, no real difference from a stock point of view

Never mind who "they" are. -- Being rebuilt, It'll take a while:

The hole method requires you also cut your fuel lines
4th gens have it easy as their disconnects are ontop of the tank. Ours are in the front
