1990 RS Camaro idles like junk

Car runs good with foot stuck off in it but idling around feels like junk.New fuel pump,oxygen sensor and TBI.No cat. and dual exhaust but feels like it is idling on 6 or 7 cylinders.Any help would be great

Whats that mean

Is the TPS adjusted correctly, what is your timing set at, are the plug wires securely snapped on all 18 connections, what are your plugs gapped at, any audible vacuum leaks?
