87 iroc engine project

Posted By: beeenbag On: 01-03-2009 @ 00:16:52         Reply | Edit
well guys I have a iroc in dire need of attention. It is my old highschool hotrod and the engine is ragged I want to go pretty big but am tore between swaping to carb or building for the tpi. If i swap to carb what are some suggestions on keeping the electric dash and how to go about the wiring. If you suggest keeping the tpi, what are some good bottom ends to put under a modified tpi especially cam wise? any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The gauges are mostly direct sensor control and will not change with or without the ECM

Actually i cant think of any that run thru the ECM on a camaro

If you go carbed Im going to call you a lazy

Read up and know why you do anything before you do it

Cam specs depend on what you currently have and what you plan on doing with the car
