Stalls Randomly (kinda long)

Hey guys back again. What is yalls idea on this problem. About a week ago the motor started to run bad, found bad intakes, stuck the wrong style on the motor during rebuild. Fixed the intakes and started the car up. Found out that the motor still is not running right every time that I start it up. When you bring the RPMs up too 2500 the motor will stall. I have checked for spark problems and found nothing wrong, I also checked the fuel problems and it was good. There is fuel pressure and spark when the motor is stalling. I unplugged the O2 sensor and was able to drive it around, got home put new O2 in and problem begain again, tried new ignition module, no help.
I do notice on the Pass side near the ac blower motor there is a connector that goes into a relay, one of the wires do look like it goes to altenator. The connector looks like it has gotten extremely hot, is it possible that a few weeks ago when the altenator went bad it sent a short to that relay and wire harness.
I am completly dumbfounded on this problem I have had 2 mechanics look at it that are the same as me. Just wanna know if anyone else has had a similar problem. Thanks Guys.

ive had that same problem 1st with an 86 i used to own and then with my 90 slp iroc. i drove the 86 for a while without problem then one day out out of nowhere it dead shorts' fried the comp so i replaced everything then it wouldnt shift or couple the torque conv. to the engine it would shake carryn on and only rev to 2500 rpm. turned out that somewhere along the line the wires to the trans were butchered and half assed back together and were rubbing fixed that and problem solved.im not saying thats your problem but it couldnt hurt to check your wires also have you checked your throttle position sensor or your map or maf sensors ? if at all when you were having the problems you did if your comp coded you need to have it cleared. just a thought
