water pump

I have installed a new electric water pump and want to make a dummy light that comes on if the fuse should blow or if there is a loss of power to the pump. I am just not certain on how to do that. If anyone has an idea I would be very appreciative.

Might be able to put an LED or maybe a few LED's in parallel with the fuse, so when the fuse breaks the current has to go through the light. Other way would be a 5 post relay that would give power to a light when there's no power to the pump.
