water pump

I have installed a new electric water pump and want to make a dummy light that comes on if the fuse should blow or if there is a loss of power to the pump. I am just not certain on how to do that. If anyone has an idea I would be very appreciative. -- http://home.comcast.net/~brewers96/1992Z28.html

Might be able to put an LED or maybe a few LED's in parallel with the fuse, so when the fuse breaks the current has to go through the light. Other way would be a 5 post relay that would give power to a light when there's no power to the pump. -- 1982 Z28, 383, D-1SC intercooled @ 16.5psi, trick flow heads, solid roller cam, 3.73's, th400,
