What's the valve lash spec on a L98 350. If I use a feeler gauge to adjust my rockers which one should I use. I know about setting it at TDC so the push rods will be down. --

My dad helped me and we got it right. We adjusted it while it idled. No more smoke on startup.
I took it down the road and back. It'll smoke 'em with the 2.77's. I can't wait to put 3.73's in it. My only concern is it only left 1 mark. I'm sure it's supposed to be positive traction. The LSD may be bad. My dad and I were sitting there watching it idle after I came back and started talking about it may have a cam already. It has a lopey idle and the whole car shakes a bit while it idles. --

I don't think I have a vacuum leak, but to make sure I'm going to go through and replace all the vacuum lines. It's cheap enough and not that big of a deal.
I took the hatch off today and cleaned up all the rust under the hatch that I couldn't get to before and I finished taking the rusted metal trim ring off. So now it's blue and spotted up white. If I had a shop I'd have it cleaned up and repainted in 2 months. I need a shop bad. I have to take the seals out and I have no shelter for it. Plus I could take off panels and leave them off until I get finished. --

Changed the tranny mount today and took it down the road. Left 2 solid black marks this time. Plus the tranny didn't bang the floor pan.
Edit: Not that I think the Tranny mount would miraculously fix the only pulling one wheel I was turning the last time. This time I just stopped and took off in a straight line. Smoked both of them. I've got to stop burning the tires down though. The set that is on it are to nice to burn through. BF Goodrich with no more than 5 or 6k on them. --
