How will the stock throttle body setup respond to me installing a 383? It isn't pushing out a lot of horse power or anything but i don't know how my computer will react with fuel delivery and that kind of stuff.

If it will even run at all, it will run badly. Going from a 305 to a 383 is a MAJOR jump and as it is, the stock programming wasn't even optimal for the 305.
Long story short, you're going to an need extensive custom tune to even make the 383 run correctly much less run good.
Edit: You're also going to need bigger injectors and a bigger TB. The stock unit will (most likely) not flow nearly enough CFM's for that 383. -- 1997 Mystic Teal Trans Am, M6, Leather, Hardtop. The TBI units on chevy pickups actually have a decent amount of flow to them, and should be able to support your 383. TBI units from 350's flow ~600cfm and the 454's flows 670cfm. There are also aftermarket units as well that flow 670cfm and up, but you will pay a fair deal for it. --
