What swap to do?

Posted By: 91_gta On: 01-02-2008 @ 10:12:03         Reply | Edit
Well i had a ls1 to swap in my gta but the family needed the money so I had to sell.

Now with less money im thinking of swaping for a lt1? What do you think.

I have read that it would be alot cheaper to swap a lt1 and throw some bolt on's on it and can maybe run with some stock ls1's.

Cause I know I can get one pretty cheap but i need some advice.

Should I keep the stock 700r4 tranny ? Or should I just find a lt1 with a 6 speed and swap that in. with a newer center console.

Any advice would be great.

Well I had a 357 block but I had to sell that to.

So all I have now is 305 tpi with about every bolt on possible.

You have changed your mind about 50 times, you had a 357 idea, 334 stroker, ls1, lt1. Sheesh...
