so now i got.....

WEll the bird is still down, i know.

this is what i have, compression (check), spark(triple check), fuel (check)

so being that the #2 piston is the last to fire, im gonna check the timing. which i cannot remember if i had checked before or not.

if it is the timeing keeping me down for months im gonna be pissed at myself. but really happy that im in the formula again.

what do you guys think?

the compression built to about 160 after two strokes. and then stayed there. it was like this for all of the cylinders.

well i'm not sure what exactly your symptoms are, but if you had no pressure drops in any of the 8 cylinders, so then you now the head gaskets, piston rings, and valve seals are all good.

Mine goes up to 170psi give or take a few. Getting there with only 2 compressions is pretty good. Here's a calculator I've used before that tells what psi a certain motor will make and it is very accurate http://www.wallaceracing.com/dynamic-cr.php

basically im hitting on 7 of 8 pistons, i know that it is the # 2 cylinder. i have checked ignition , fuel and compression.

so i guess that only leaves timing in the mix.
