power behind a T5 trany

Posted By: Bruzer On: 01-01-2008 @ 08:39:35         Reply | Edit
OK i have always heard that putting a bigger motor exceeding over 300lbs of torque would tear up the borg warner T5 Transmission. Does anyone use that transmission with a 350 or anything bigger than a 305?

If your car is a play toy don't use it. If your car is for looks go ahead. If you have it in and will use it until it breaks or until the replacement is paid for, all the better!
