rear disc brake swap

I was just wondering if I could take the rear disc brake setup from the back of my 84 z-28 and put them onto the back of my 78 z-28...just a thought any help would be appreciated...

i got an 80 TA with a RTS posi rearend with disk brakes ill sell u. im parting out mine for parts, the rear end is interchangable.
