Firebird 400 questions!

Mainly about the 70 FOrmula 400, non ram air models. What do they run now in the 1320? I have read 14.7 but that was back in the time when they ran on bias ply tires, what would one run on todays tires?

What kind of hp / TQ to the wheel would be expected on one with Headers, dual 2.5 inch dual exhaust with X pipe, Pertronic HEI, and rebuilt QJet? Car has 330 / 430 to the crank. TH350 Auto with 12 bolt LSD and 3.31 gears.
